Beautifully maintained and improved home with lots of great features and an amazing location just a few minutes from Crocker Park, I90 or I480. St. John’s hospital, golf courses and parks are just steps away. The main floor of this house features an open, airy floor plan with 9’ ceilings. The entire first floor (other then the 1/2 bath and laundry room) have hardwood floors - the real kind ..not thin cheap laminate. The outside of the house - and specifically the back yard is our favorite part of this home. We added a huge deck with room to grill, eat, and entertain. We also added a ‘building’ that is heated and has cable and electric run to it. It was a ‘he-shed’/man cave before that was a thing but certainly could be a ‘she-shed’, studio or pool house if you wanted to put in a pool. We’ve also got a great fire pit area and a Bocce Court! We’ve hosted tons of great family and teen parties here and everyone always comments on how nice and functional our yard is.
