I would like to make a schedule for touring the house after November 8, 2024 because the house will be fixed and renewed for the early November. We will put a provision in the rental contract that there is no smoking in the house anytime. We also look for tenants who will clean the house inside and outside well. We would like to make rental contract with the term of 8 months or 20 months. Then after this lease term, if both sides (landlord and tenant) are satisfied, we may renew the lease agreement in the term of one year.
