Thank you to the lovely people who have attended our open houses! All of you would be great to have in our neighborhood. We will be accepting offers up until September 15, 2019. Buying and selling independently is surprisingly easy and we can walk you through it if you need help. In 2011 our then 2-year-old, named 3292 "Green Home" and it has forever been this to us. We moved in in 2002 and were witness to decades of bad or just outdated taste that we have since adapted or dispensed with. An example was the previous mantle that had three different fluorescent lighting options: cold white, Dante's Inferno Red, and a combo of the two on Kelly Green walls. The mantle now is remarkable. Some of our decisions have been bold, but they have extracted a personality and character from this house and made it a home that we hope will spark your interest. As we have moved to a larger home to meet our family's needs (across the street and a bit west - you'd be our neighbors in an incredible section of Beechwood), we now appreciate just how nice we made this home and how much effort was put into it. We miss it. The interior of the two-car garage is insulated and has electricity. Access will be granted only to those who make serious offers. A home-based business is run out of this garage while a new garage is being constructed at our new home. Anticipated completion: end of September 2019. We are offering 2.5% for buyer's agents.
