3 bedroom 2 full bath home was set up for my elderly Grandparents. The attached master bath has an elevated commode with bidet. In addition the shower is a full size but there is not stepping over the tub just walk in. A shower seat fit perfectly and I was even able to climb in behind my Papaw to aid in shower and there was still room for his medical equipment. There are three large decks, the rear deck is covered and would be awesome screened in. Our family has enjoyed that deck for many many years eventually building a wheelchair ramp. The house has a gas furnace and central air. This house will come with the appliances, side by side refrigerator/freezer combo as well as self clean gas range, and a dishwasher which is only a couple months old. All three rooms have huge walk in closets and all bedrooms are carpeted. The roof and windows were done about 13 years ago. The garage has a place for a wood burner to be inserted. In addition to the garage there are also storage sheds. The larger one was actually set up to have a crafting area in it all electric has been run and drywall has even been finished in places. I'd say it's about 95% done.
