Upstairs, enjoy a spacious primary bedroom (king bed with en suite bath). The other bedrooms have a queen bed and a full bed, and share a bathroom. Kitchen: we've provided a stocked kitchen with most things that you should need for basic cooking. A drip coffee maker is available and we'll provide a grinder and some whole beans to get you started. Bathrooms: 1/2 bath downstairs through the kitchen; primary (en suite) bathroom has a shower with glass doors; jack-and-jill bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower if baths are needed! Laundry: laundry is conveniently located on the second floor in a closet and will be available for guests to use. Outdoor space: the first floor leads out to a relaxing private back patio, with a comfortable seating area with two outdoor couches. Accessibility / Other Notes: There are a few steps (3-5) required to get inside the house. We ask guests to deposit trash and recycling into bins in the back yard; we'll have someone come by once per week to empty those bins. This property is offered as a furnished mid-term rental (minimum 30-night stays). Rates will vary by length of stay between ($3000-5000/mo) and a $200 cleaning fee per month will be added.
