This is an exceptionally nice property. It has been freshly renovated and everything is brand new. I am looking for a tenant who will appreciate the condition of the home and take good care of it. It has all new appliances, all new flooring, both the kitchen and bath are newly renovated. The measurements of the rooms are as follows: Living Room - 9 feet by 15 feet. Front Bedroom - 9 feet by 8 feet 9 inches (no closet) Back Bedroom - 8 feet by 7 feet 8 inches (small closet) Kitchen - 14 feet by 9 feet. The basement is a full basement, so provides ample storage space.
