This charming multi-level home offers comfortable living with 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Please note that, as an older home, the bedrooms, kitchen and garage will be smaller compared to newer builds. This is a non-smoking property, and we're looking for a maximum of 5 residents. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities (gas, water, and electric), as well as grounds maintenance. The application process includes a $50 fee per applicant and looks at the following: Income (minimum 3x the rent) Credit score (no minimum, as it's considered with other factors as part of a comprehensive applicant score) Rental history (3+ years total, with at least 12 months at your current residence must be on the lease agreement, with no evictions) Employment history (12+ months of continuous employment) Criminal background (no convictions related to violent felonies, property crimes, or financial crimes) Please note: This property is only available to local applicants. We're unable to accommodate those moving from 50 miles or more away. We do accept animals up to two dogs, depending on the number of residents and breed restrictions based on insurance. Cats aren't allowed, and other animals are considered at the landlord's discretion. There is a one-time $35 fee and $35 per month, per animal. There are TWO options for viewing the home: 1. Invite-only Open Houses on Saturdays at 10 AM and Tuesdays at 5:00 PM. If you're interested in attending, please reach out for an invitation. 2.
