Once you application is approved we can set a time to view the home in person but rest assured that if the home doesn't fit you needs or you just don't like it we can transfer your application to a different home with ease! Also, your application is good for 30 days meaning we can hold out for a home that you'll love! I want to make clear that Vinebrook does do things a bit differently than other landlords. We only accept 1 application at a time per home- meaning we don't collect multiple applications on a home knowing only 1 will be approved to move in. When you apply your application will secure the home for 48 hours while we work together to hopefully get you to an approved status. If you go to the site and cannot find the home you were most interested in, it most likely has an application pending. Monitor the site because it's possible that the current application can be cancelled or denied which releases the home back to the site and you will be able to secure it yourself with your application!
