Beautiful spacious kitchen with granite counters and large island (not shown in pictures). Private deck. Murphy bed in office with queen bed for guests. I've lived in both of the units in this duplex and it's such a nice place to live, especially this top unit. So much better than apartment living. No hidden fees, soulless finishes, elevators! I've moved out to save some costs and live in a cheaper 1bd/1ba, but for two people this is a really good price in my humble opinion. Having moved out and apartment searched, I don't see a lot of quality rentals like this! * Close to MacArthur BART (15 min walk) * Equidistant from Touchstone climbing gyms (Pac Pipe, Ironworks, Great Western) * Easy SF access. One of the first exits coming off of Bay Bridge. * Private driveway * Coffee, pizza by the slice, acai, Arizmendi bakery & more ~10 min walk. Fixed electric bill to be paid to owner as there is solar (this will be less than pge electric bill). $75 Gas, water, trash paid for by tenant. ~$150 Internet paid for by owner.
