To move in and secure your new house, the security deposit and first months rent and down payment will need to be made. $1500 down payment and first months rent with security deposit to have your own house. Rent to own is a 10 Year term. Monthly rent will not increase and will be $550 a month Down payment for the rent to own is $1500 No credit check needed. Tenant responsible for all repairs, maintenance, upkeep, upgrades, etc.
