The two downstairs bedrooms are medium sized and in good condition, and there is an enclosed back porch for extra 3 season living area. It has gas heat and central air conditioning and all exposed plumbing is new. This house has been freshly painted throughout, and it has hardwood floors on the first floor and carpeting upstairs, tile in the bathroom, and durable vinyl planking in the kitchen. The tenant pays electric, gas and water (which includes trash) in addition to rent and appliances are negotiable.
