It has vinyl siding, a newer roof and a nicely landscaped yard with an alarm system, sensor lights and a storage shed. There is no basement so the kitchen has a spot for your washing machine and the dryer goes right outside the kitchen in the garage. The main floor also has a large living room, a full bath, 2 bedrooms and a utility closet with the hot water tank and furnace. The upstairs is a cape cod style with 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom in the middle. It has gas heat and central air conditioning. This house has been freshly painted throughout and is nearly spotless inside. The tenant pays electric, gas and water (which includes trash) in addition to rent and appliances are negotiable. A thorough application is required with credit reports, bank statements (account numbers may be removed) and proof of stable income. Maintenance such as lawn mowing and snow removal is done by tenant. There is absolutely no smoking allowed EVER in any of our rental homes. The security deposit is $1500 and pets will only be allowed with an additional deposit. The total deposit with a pet will be between 2K and 3K.
