We are small-time landlords - all terms negotiable. Carriage house to rent in downtown Purcellville. This is the carriage house, behind the main farmhouse. The carriage house is down at the end of the driveway. The two houses sit on a 1-acre lot with wildflowers and mature trees, walking distance to everything that downtown Purcellville has to offer. This is a great location in town, but is also somewhat secluded in that the carriage house is back behind the main house in a more park-like big back yard. The carriage house is charming and old, and a little wonky. The main floor is an open floor plan with a kitchen and eating/living area, and includes the washer/dryer. There is a half bath on this floor. Then upstairs there is one open room (bedroom). The shower stall is apart from the bathroom, and is upstairs standing alone in the bedroom. The set-up is a little unusual in that the main house is separately rented, and tenants must coordinate on some items like sharing the driveway and splitting utilities. Pets are welcome, but subject to an additional fee. Preference for 6-month lease. Tenant must pay utilities and coordinate with the tenant in the main house to do so. Pets allowed.
