Welcome to Mason, Ohio- the home of Kings Island amusement park and the Western and Southern Open for tennis. This property offers so much (including an inground pool) for a group looking to have some fun! The home itself is a bi-level property which means guests must be able to climb steps in order to get from certain parts of the home. As you enter the home, you will take a small flight of steps up to the living room. The living room offers comfortable seating, natural light, and a large flat-screen TV with Roku. Watch your favorite show or movie while you relax. The living room is open to the dining space which features a table with seating for 6-7 people. The kitchen is off of the dining room area. It is fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking during your stay. There is also a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods just for you and your guests. BATHROOMS There are three bedrooms in this home. All of the bedrooms share a full-size bathroom which is located in the hallway. We provide towels and extra consumable toiletries for you to use during your stay. There is also a half bathroom located in the basement. BEDROOMS The first bedroom features a king-size mattress and a large flat-screen TV. There is also plenty of storage space in this room if you wish to unpack during your stay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. It also has its own flat-screen TV and plenty of storage and closet space. The third bedroom is perfect for kids because it features a twin-size set of bunk beds. This room does not have a TV, but it does have storage space for your items. BASEMENT The downstairs features a rec room with a foosball table, large flat-screen TV, and access to the pool area. It also has a half bathroom and a workstation if you are traveling for work. The garage is accessible from this level, too. LAUNDRY ROOM If you wish to do laundry during your stay, we have a laundry room in the basement that houses a full-size washer and dryer. We provide all of the laundry supplies you will need- including an iron and ironing board. BACKYARD The backyard is the perfect area to hang out in during the warmer months. The tiered deck space has a grill and plenty of seating. There is a large table and lounge chairs around the pool. If you don't feel like swimming, take advantage of the large green space beside the pool. POOL Be sure to pack your swimsuit, sunscreen, and extra beach towels if you plan to swim during your stay. Please be advised: there is no lifeguard on duty during your stay. Please swim responsibly and do not allow children to utilize the backyard or swim without an adult present.
