BUNGALOW: This bungalow brick home is a private, spacious, with large front and backyard on the outside & modern brand finishes on the inside. The pet friendly home is perfect for large relocating family featuring 5 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds. It can be easily accessed (wheelchair accessible) on ground floor. SPACIOUS: The spacious front and backyard gives you plenty of room to entertain & relax with family while still being conveniently located 15 mins from the airport and downtown Atlanta for endless activities. ACCESS: With a city bus stop 600 feet from the front steps of the home, you can take the MARTA and or if you prefer to drive you have direct access to the interstate only 5 mins away to get to all the city has to offer! KITCHEN: The kitchen is an entertainer's dream. This newly renovated space is full stocked move in ready and equipped with all brand new appliances including a gas stove, new dishwasher, oven, microwave featuring a granite counter top kitchen island on the 90 degree angle being in the center of the entertainment, off of the living room and dining room. LIVING ROOMS: There are 3 living rooms in the home, #1 being the first as soon as you enter the home from the front boasting a large 55' inch screen, with a glass table that greets you as soon as you walk in with a full view of the living room with part access to dining rooms, #2 off of the kitchen and #3 in the full finished basement with another 55' in screen for entertainment. MASTER - The master bedroom has a king bed, paired with a 55" inch smart TV and it's own well pressured shower in the master bathroom. GUEST BEDROOMS- All guest bedrooms upstairs feature queen beds and 55" inch smart TVs mounted to the wall for entertainment after a long day. All rooms come with a full sized closet, enough to comfortably sleep two adults per bed and great lighting to kickoff another day full of adventures! FINISHED BASEMENT- Fully furnished & finished basement adds for bonus rooms, includes 2 rooms, full bathroom and 1 living room with a sofa bed that can be transferred to another sleeping area at night. Refundable Deposit: $2000 *Security Deposit can be waived if tenant opts in for a damage waiver not to exceed $50. House Rules: Please note house rules listed here before booking. Confirmation of booking signifies that you agree to the rules and fees stated below. - While we kindly welcome small gatherings, we do not allow guests to host parties or events. - Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the home due to allergies and for future guests. A fee of at least $500 will be charged for any smoking residue or smell found inside our home following your stay. - No music outside or with windows open after quiet hours (10pm to 7am). - Parking should not exceed 4 cars total in the driveway and on the street. - Our home is pet-friendly, but pets must be disclosed when booking. Please note any undisclosed pets on the premises at any point during the stay is subject to a $250 penalty per pet. - We live in family friendly neighborhood any noise disturbance during quiet hours is subject to a $500 fine. Note: By booking this property, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of maintenance or utility crews, including landscaping, being onsite during your stay. If access to the interior of the home is required, you will receive prior notice and are expected to grant access to our vendors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
