**Update** In October I had the entire third floor renovated. Instead of being two seperate bedrooms, it is now one open master suite complete with a full bath. I have uploaded a few pics and have more upon request, it looks great! I bought this home becasue it was an end unit with parking in the back 2 car can be.. and the house had as much potential as the neighborhood. Easy to walk to downtown to stadiums,Maryland university, behind ganeral doller. I have redone the entire first floor with a new front door, bamboo floors, new kitchen, and new open floor plan. I am not putting in high end stainless and granite to attract high end buyers. I am fine with a nice butcher block countertop and an Ikea kitchen,l installed new central ac and sump pump in the basment. The neighborhood has come a long way as well. There are two new coffee shops and a nice sit down restaurant within walking distance. Not to mention the two stadiums!
