I am located about 10-15 minutes from Rockville, Germantown. About a minute's walk from my yard are the community pool and tennis courts. A bus stop is also within about a 5 minute walk however please check the route for availability on the dates and times you need it. The Shady Grove metro station is about a 5 or 10 minute drive as well. Double wide driveway provides plenty of private parking. Main level includes kitchen, dining room, living room and powder room. Upper level has three bedrooms and one full bath. The master bedroom has two closets, one of which is walk-in. The kitchen and full bath have been remodeled. The basement is rented to another tenant (private entry/no access to upper levels/not a roommate) with a small shared space that contains the washer and dryer. This tenant and the new renter of the upper levels have privacy doors that lock. Finally, I'm using the garage for storage so it isn't included in the rental but may be at some point in the future. These details are why this space is set at such a competitive price with utilities included. A cat/dog is acceptable but with a $25 a month additional charge. No multi-generational families.
