You will be able to hear the ocean waves from your bedroom at night. This duplex shares an acre of land with three other cottages, where the owners live, and there is ample space between each cottage with plenty of grassy areas and includes a communal bench and firepit for watching the sunsets. This duplex cottage is on a bluff and there are no fences that will distract from your ocean views so you will need to watch small children when they are outside. This is a quiet and peaceful space where we value privacy with the option of community interaction. There is a neighborhood market 1.5 miles away, shopping and restaurants are 7 miles away, and the Curry General Hospital is 8 miles away. The lease is midterm from 31+ days to nine months with an option to renew if all parties agree. No smoking inside the cottages. Water, electricity, and landscaping are paid. The renter will be responsible for garbage, and internet/cable hookups. The grounds of the property are a shared space and you will have other tenants and owners with dogs walking by your unit and using the communal firepit and bench. Only drive or park in your designated parking space. Please do not drive or park vehicles on the grass, on any grassy area over and by the septic system and roped off area, by the firepit, near the back of the property, or drive or park in a way that blocks the direct view of the ocean from any other cabin. Do not park vehicles in the covered storage area; motorcycles and bikes are ok to park there. Please do not store or park RVs on the property. No private or public parties allowed on the property without all owner's and tenant's permission and a permit from the county.
