Hard not to like this nice cottage located less than 500 feet to the lakefront which includes a boat slip and association pier with sun deck. Our cottage is decorated throughout in American colors of red, white and blue. On the first floor you will find the kitchen in the rear of the house which is adjacent to an open dining area that rolls directly into a nice size living room. Also on the first floor is a large 22' x 12' porch across the front of the house with windows all around. On the second floor there are two good sized bedrooms and a full bath. There are actually no monthly HOA dues, instead expenses for pier installation and removal and property maintenance are just divided evenly between the 28 association members and collected twice a year, once in the spring at the Memorial Day HOA meeting and again in the fall at the Labor Day HOA meeting, for this year it worked out just under $35 per month.
