Our ADU is perfect for longer stays with a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV & smart locks, and plenty of space to settle in and feel at home. Whether you're here for work or leisure, we're excited to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Lease duration is mid-term rental. Minimum of 1 month, Maximum of 6 months. The cleaning fee is $200 The deposit is $1500 and is non-refundable. No smoking. No pets. No parties. Free parking is on site for MAX 2 cars. All other parking is street parking.
