Available ASAP, I have one unfurnished, private room for rent on the 2nd floor of a house located in Toronto's Junction neighbourhood. The home is LGBTQ+ friendly. The area is cute, clean, safe, and very popular with many interesting local businesses, bars, and restaurants. There is easy access to the TTC since the house is close to bus stops for the 40 and 26 and is near Dundas West & Keele Station. The closest grocery stores (FreshCo., Loblaws, and NoFrills) are only a short walk/bus ride away. The room is 144 sq. ft. with large windows. The sliding door opens and overlooks the backyard, and there is a balconette. The closet is big with varied storage cubicles. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with myself (31 yr old woman) and one dog. The backyard is shared with the other tenants in the house and one other small dog; however, the deck is only for the tenants on the 1st floor. The garden is available for use.
