Hi! My two roommates and I (all female YorkU students, 21 y/o) are looking for a fourth person to join our home starting September 1st. We're friendly, responsible, and love creating a fun, respectful vibe at home. We live with a sweet, quiet dog called Brandy, so you'll need to be okay with pets. Location: 53 Delabo Drive, York University Village Room: Private room in a fully renovated 4 bed, 2 bath above-ground basement unit Rent: $900/month, ALL utilities included (heat, water, hydro, WiFi, and laundry) Lease: 1-year lease, unfurnished Who we're looking for: Female, 18-25 y/o, non-smoker, okay with dog About the unit: - Freshly renovated with modern finishes - Bright above-ground basement with large windows (4ft x 3ft) in every bedroom - Your room can fit a queen bed, a desk, and has a built-in closet - Ground floor has a spacious kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, new counters), cozy living room, and in-unit laundry - 2 shared bathrooms We don't have updated photos yet, since the unit is still being renovated, but we have a tentative floor plan and can give you a better idea based on the landlord's previous properties once you contact us (she has great taste!).
