Plentiful street parking (zone 6 DC permit). I've felt very safe walking my dog in the neighborhood! Apartment has in unit washer and dryer! Storage space available in staircase between apartments (tenant has key to the door). Bedroom fits queen sized bed. All utilities included in rent price (including WiFi) and paid for by landlord. No monthly pet rent. Subletter must apply and be approved by landlord. Currently, I pay rent by Venmo each month. Apartment will be professionally cleaned prior to move in.
