The house is located near the Suisun library, and a 10 minute drive to Travis AFB main entry gate. The house is partially furnished. RENT INCLUDES: Kitchen Privileges. Use of Common Areas: Dining and Living Room. Laundry (HE Washer/Dryer) The room is offered for one person occupancy only; however, visitors and overnight guests are permitted so long as they are respectful. $850 per month + your share of the utilities (Share of the Utilities are usually about $125/month, which includes Trash, Gas, Electric, Cable, Water, and a maid for the common spaces once a month). Month-to-Month with 30 days notice or specified term optional. Security Deposit is $850. ENVIRONMENT/ATMOSPHERE: Guests are always welcome.
