Enjoy your morning coffee or tea with the Keurig coffee maker. The living room features a 55" flat-screen smart TV, and the dining table is suitable for four people. Although laundry is not available, the home is equipped with central air conditioning and heating for your comfort. Free on-street parking spots are available out back. There is one street parking spot available in front of the house for a smaller vehicle. However, we encourage guests to utilize the street parking behind the house on 54th St, where there's much more space for parking. Pets are not permitted, and there is no smoking indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors, but please don't leave cigarette butts on the ground.
