Has a dishwasher and it has a washer and dryer. Pay utilities for water and trash and for electric and gas and school tax and if you have a pet then pet fee of $10.the lot rent is $700 per month. office has a playground, a clubhouse to rent, and swimming pool . Neighbors are nice. Lots of kids to play with in this complex. Grand Blanc schools are great and is 10 mins away . Downtown Grand Blanc is 10 mins away and has shopping stores and also has fast foods and restaurants. Mount Hope church is next door .Home has attach big wood deck for adults to sit outside in a chair or put patio furniture on it also fun for kids to play with other kids outside. The home is near the train but away from the homes . Both bathrooms have white marble sinks . Both bathrooms has a toilet. To fill out the application to purchase my home and get approved to rent the lot application fee is $50.00 Also bathrooms has a sun roof.
