There are 2 decks outside for summer bbqs, as well as a porch looking out over the water for morning coffee. The rental has a set cost of utilities of $200/month. I live a quiet lifestyle and enjoy reading and going to the gym. My daughter is 5 and she lives here 50% of the time. During the week, she goes to school and we usually visit grandparents at night or I bring her to the gym with me. So we're home a small amount of time during the week. Over the weekend we typically go on adventures during the day and are home for dinner at night. We are looking for a respectful and responsible roommate to share a clean and peaceful home. Common spaces stay fairly tidy, and we're looking for a roommate who is mindful of cleanliness and shared spaces. This is a smoke and drug free home, including outside.
