While not anticipated anytime soon, the upcoming years could involve a caregiver exchange relationship. (Certainly not with our first tenants.) Given the quality and character of this unit, it is understood to be for someone looking for an upper end living experience. Rent is anticipated to be $2500/mo. We anticipate renting to a single, couple, or possibly to two roommates. A few stairs will lead to a private entrance to the unit. It is a 15 min walk to downtown across the 4th or 5th avenue bridges, also with great views. Parking will be available on-site and West Bay Drive is on the city bus route. 9 minute walk to West Bay Park. Some photos are artist renderings of current design. The bottom level is the apartment/ADU. The east facing photos are of actual view from the building site. We believe starting discussions with potential renters a year in advance could provide some benefits. This could include selection of actual finishes.
