I am not focused on a credit score, I need proof of income and a reasonable DTI that demonstrates ability to pay. TOURING: You may tour with a profile that matches the requirements. You must upload valid ID to tour. INCOME: You must have verifiable employment and verifiable sources of income. If you are unemployed please do not try to scam, we verify everything. All adults must apply individually. All adults must provide valid ID. AMENITIES AND PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The main floor is a well maintained ranch style home with a basement. The bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the main floor while the laundry room is in the basement. There are ceiling fans in each room, extra large closets and it is very clean and comfortable for stress free living. Very large bedrooms, with big windows. Detachable shower head and a closet in the bathroom. I will replace the filters for the furnace. Scott AFB 8 miles away. This is a very quiet well maintained neighborhood. Great for people who WFH or are retired. Common sense courtesy is requested - be mindful of how much noise you make. Don't have large groups of people streaming in and out of the home. Do not block your neighbor's driveway. You have one parking spot which is a gravel driveway. Lawn care is included in the rental package. Tenant responsible for snow removal. We may allow smaller pets that are quiet, house trained and do not shed much. Maximum occupancy applies. Crime free housing addendums apply per city rules. House rules: NO SMOKING INDOORS. If you are a smoker this is probably not the unit for you. Indoor vaping / smoking will result in fines for smoke remediation. No loud parties or loud individuals. No people streaming in and out.
