Bedroom features a queen size bed with antique dresser and large closet area. Best of all, the apartment looks out at trees through all the windows and it's a short walk past 5 homes to get to the boat ramp where you can kayak, paddle board, swim, fish or water ski/wake board. Nearby hiking and biking trails are also available. Downtown Nevada City is less than 6 miles away, Grass Valley is about 7 miles away. All utilities are included: water, trash, electricity, gas and internet. Minimum lease 3 months. Other options are 6 and 12 month leases. Due at lease signing, first month's rent and security deposits of: 3 month = $500, 6 month = $1000, or 12 month = $2000 - all are refundable if unit is left in the same condition as your walk through. Cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from all leases. No smoking of any kind, sorry no pets. Parking is off street on a shared driveway.
