This South Side Scranton cozy little 3 unit apartment building on Webster includes Unit B which has the large rooms and tall ceilings and tall windows, ceiling fans; I think it is the nicest apartment on the property. Your front porch is spacious and up above the street, a nice place to watch the world go by from your rocking chair. The rooms are straight through, living room, bedroom, kitchen. The front room and middle room, either one, could be a big bedroom OR your living room. The kitchen is pretty big, and has a pantry off the side. The bathroom has a shower, not a tub, and is small. Something about 1800's construction! The back porch overlooks the backyard which is shared but it has a picnic table and a fire pit you are welcome to use. You have washer and dryer hookups in the basement if you want to use them. For utilities, tenant pays electric and water/wastewater. Heat is from radiators on a shared steam boiler that also heats the upstairs apartment so the landlord pays for gas, which gives you your heat and also gas for the stove. There is off-street parking for you but not very close (at the rear of 1013 S Webster), while the front curb is a few steps away, so you'll probably park on the street right by your front door.
