Separate entrance from front door leading to downstairs. No smoking inside, if you smoke outside we expect you to keep your cigarette butts picked up. We have parking on the East side of the house, the entrance is on the West side. We are the 3rd house at the end of the lane, the first house has 2 young girls, the 2nd house has a retired couple, so the speed limit is 15 miles an hour, strictly enforced, no exceptions. We expect you to keep it clean, and food cleaned up so it doesn't attract unwanted pests. No noise after 9:00 pm as we have to get up early daily. We reserve the right to get into our storage room in the basement with a 12hour notice
