This house is amazing, decorated in cottage-core style, in a lovely neighborhood where you can walk to town/train. Wonderful neighbors. We are hoping to find a renter who has a green thumb-- the lot has so much potential and used to yield amazing flowerbeds and wonderful landscaping, which needs to be brought back to life. (mowing and snow removal is an expected and necessary job that the renter covers but the neighbor teen can help- ). We are renting this home as a FURNISHED home , but there is room to store some other items perhaps. There is a full finished basement that has a full row of windows and a walk out area onto a lower patio, and a utility room down there as well. There is a lovely 3 season screened in/glassed in porch off the back for nature lovers who want to sit among the trees and birds and watch the wildlife. Income info and references required. Ideally we are hoping for someone who enjoys gardening /yardwork or a single person or couple who can keep up with simple/little maintenance issues that may pop up on the home. My mother requests no cats or dogs. Renter pays all utilities. Short term leases possible and even preferred. Mowing/snow removal/trash costs are the responsibility of the renter. Small utility deposit as part of security deposit required (300) fully refundable when renter pays those last utilities in full. Security deposit is one month's rent unless a short term rental 4 months or under.
