Located off the beaten path down a dirt road, experience the Olympic Peninsula from the privacy of this tranquil property. Nearby attractions include Miller Peninsula State Park, just over a mile away. Downtown Sequim's coffee houses, local restaurants, and shopping are 15 minutes from the house. Further adventures into the Olympic National Park are less than a day's trip away, with Hurricane Ridge 45 minutes away, Lake Crescent and Sol Duc Hot Springs within 1 hour and 1.45 hours respectively, and the Hoh Rain Forest and Pacific coastline beaches within a 2.5 to 3-hour drive. Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge is around 35 minutes away. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 additional cleaning fee and you are subject to immediate eviction. If pet droppings are found on the property, there will be an extra charge of $35 per pile. Renters who do not comply with the non-smoking policy may be asked to leave without a refund and may be assessed with a $300 smoke removal fee, charged to the renter's credit card. Tampering with outside cameras is cause for immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
