An appointment to view the apartment can be arranged once an application has been submitted. A one year lease is required. First month's rent and a rent deposit are due upon moving in. One small pet is allowed. A pet fee of $10/month for cats or $15/month for dogs is charged. A separate pet deposit of $300 must be made within the first 3 months. All deposits are fully refundable. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
