As you enter the front door the bright two-story foyer has access to the dining room, open office/living room, family room and stairs. The dining room can seat 6 people comfortably, and up to 8 if using the bench. The family room has a smart tv installed on the back wall, and a window wall with a beautiful view of the backyard. A set of board games is available for use as well. The eat-in kitchen has seating for four guests and is fully stocked with glassware, dishware, and utensils for six guests. The kitchen amenities include a Nespresso coffee maker, Kitchenaid Stand Mixer, Vitamix Blender, and kettle. A full cookware and bakeware set is also available. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a smart tv, office desk, chair, shelf, and nightstand. The attached and newly renovated spa bathroom features a soaker tub, standing shower, double vanity, and large walk-in closet. Three additional guest rooms are upstairs, including one with an en-suite bathroom. Two guest rooms have an office desk and chair, as well as window seat benches with additional storage. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, and wash basin. Most cleaning tools can be found hanging behind the door in the laundry room. Cleaning supplies can be found under the wash basin or the kitchen sink. The beautiful backyard has views of the garden, and can be lit with hanging patio lights. There is an outdoor table that can seat 6, as well as patio chairs and 2 swings. The barbecue grill is available during the summer months, along with cooking utensils. The backyard is not fully fenced but there is a back wall of tall trees that offer shade and privacy. It is not suitable for pets or infants. Access code will be shared 24 hours before check-in and will expire at checkout. Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars. Basement access is unavailable. No one else will be residing on the property during your stay, but we are storing our personal belongings in the basement. Flexible lease length, pricing is conditional on duration of stay.
