Available starting in May through the end of October. Strong possibility of extension of the sublet if desired, but not required. I am somewhat flexible on the timeframe but would like to find someone who can commit to at least 5 months. The apartment comes fully furnished with everything you need - including a piano if that's your thing! Outside, there is a garden, patio, and outdoor space. Wifi and utilities are included in the price. The apartment itself has good natural light. The tenants above are all professionals in their late 20's early 30's. There is not way to enter each other's dwellings as the apartment is self contained, and includes its own laundry. I'm looking for a subletter who is responsible and respectful with my apartment and property. The apartment is suitable for 1-2 people. Very close to the 14th and 16th street buslines to take you where you need to go. My landlord will require a reference and credit check, proof of employment, as well as one month's security deposit and last month's rent. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
