Neighborhood spots like Moreland Tavern, Cinder BBQ, and Homestead do great, safe takeout and/or outdoor dining. A Safeway, Yes! Organic Market, CVS, Walgreens, and Annie's Hardware are in walking distance or a quick drive away. The apartment is available May 22 for a year lease.
