The homeowner, a mid-career government professional, is looking for a housemate to share her lovely row house. - Rent is all-inclusive: utilities, Internet, and cleaning services (house is hard-wired with CAT6 Ethernet throughout!). - Roommate will have their own bedroom/bathroom, and share house common spaces (e.g., kitchen, laundry, Living/Dining rooms, TV room). - $1500 per mo. for the larger 2nd fl bedroom ($1600 if lightly furnished); or - $1400 per for the smaller basement bdrm ($1500 if lightly furnished). - One (1) year lease, beginning Jan 1, 2023.
