INCLUDED IN RENT is every other week mowing/edging/weeding yard service. Tenant pays utilities. Every other week lawn service is included in rent. No smoking allowed. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis which will include criteria such as size, nature, breed, and past rental references. Additional deposit and pet rent may be a requirement.
