Located 1/2 a mile away from Trader Joe's, couple miles away from Washington Square Mall, New Seasons, Fred Meyer and lots of good dining options. Centrally located to Portland, Beaverton and Tigard. Quiet neighborhood with lots of parks and Fanno Creek Trail at the end of the street for biking, running, walking, you name it. There are 2 cats living here so unfortunately no other pets. 1st months rent and security deposit required at signing. Rent is due on the 1st, a $50 late fee will be applied if not received by the 3rd. Lease minimum is 30 days. No smoking allowed on the property inside or outside which does include pot, e-cigs, etc. Rent does include utilities and wifi. Quiet hours are 10:30 PM - 8 AM. Basic household items provided, but will require replacement of like/kind if damaged by lessee or guest of lessee. Lessor/owner not responsible for missing or damage to renters belongings. Parking available in the driveway but should not block other vehicles from entering/leaving the driveway. Lessee is responsible for cleaning personal spaces. Cleaning of the house is provide once a month but keep shared areas clear and pick up/clean after yourself. Houseguests are not allowed unless preauthorized with the owner.
