I remodeled this house in 2024. The remodel included a brand new kitchen, all new bathrooms, a new roof, all new paint, and all of the hardwood floors refinished. This house has three beds and two full bathrooms on the main level. This house also has a large basement area -- ample storage for you and your family. This house is a good, quiet neighborhood and is near several desirable locations: Fountain Park is 0.2 miles away, Houston Healthcare, several Elementary schools (Miller, Russell, and Shirley Hills), Warner Robins Middle School, and Robins AFB is a short 8 minute drive. This house is perfect for a family staying long term or for someone needing a quiet place to stay for a flexible work schedule. I look forward to hearing from you! Animals are welcome, but please disclose quantity, size, and breed. I own this house myself. I'm not a large company and I answer the phone when you call. I respond promptly and like to keep my stuff in nice condition. If you do too, we'll get along. Rent is due on the 1st. Automatic late fees (10% of rent) are assessed after the 3rd. 3 day notice for eviction posted on the 5th. On the 10th (or next business day) everything is handed over to an attorney and case is filed. I respond to request quickly and I will evict you quickly if you don't pay. I'm not being mean or rude, I just like to set expectations up front. 1st month rent and move in fees are required before move in. Bank account required for online bill pay; tenant controls account.
