This is a very nice home that we would take with us if we could. Included with this house will be the backyard lot which we also own and have partially fenced in. It is a great spot for children to play or to keep a pet. A front load washer and dryer and all other appliances are included with this house. I will continue to pay for the sewer and trash but all other utilities will be the responsibility of the renter. Tenant will also be responsible for mowing the premises. We are asking $1,075 a month in rent and a deposit of $1,000 as well. Pets are an additional $50/month and a 6 month lease is also an extra $50.month.
