Hood (even Mt. Ranier sometimes), downtown Portland below, and the Williamette River. Shared access to a beautiful kitchen and washer/dryer. The owners are gone a lot and traveling and live in the top floor bedroom, so you'll have a lot of the home to enjoy most of the time. Shared utilities.
