There is also additional open space upstairs that can be used as an office, cozy tv room or yoga practice space. The house enjoys brand new ductless heating and cooling (for those hot Aug/Sept days!) and other new appliances - washer/dryer, stove, and dishwasher. The yard is huge and has a recently built custom chicken coop that comfortably fits three hens for fresh eggs each morning. There is also a planter box for your veggies or herbs! The yard has two patio spaces and a BBQ grill should you wish to use. It is a shared yard as a friend of the family lives on the property in a tiny home on wheels. He is respectful, quiet and private but willing to do yard work for free if you'd like. There is ample space between the house and the tiny home on the other side of our large corner lot. Woodlawn is such a great neighborhood. You have Tamale Boy, P&Q's, Ranch Pizza, all within short walking distance of the house. Same for Woodlawn Coffee and Pastry, Breakside Brewing and Public House (1st non-profit pub!). Woodlawn Park is also nearby and is perfect for laying out a blanket and having a picnic with friends or kids. Applicants will undergo a background check and will need to submit proof of employment as well as income. Due to COVID, we'll be showing by appointment only starting August 8th. We will only show twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. We will disinfect in between each appointment as needed. Lease would be one year and tenants are responsible for water, electricity, gas and internet. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. No smoking allowed but pets are ok.
