We have to do this because the line is shared with an ADU on the back of the property. Things like cable/internet is up to the tenant. If power usage goes beyond the assessed value (e.g. you add an air conditioner) we have the right to re-assess this fee with you. We are looking for respectful tenants whose will care for this sweet Victorian and be respectful of the neighbors. Thank you for your interest. We will have an open house Monday December 6 from 6:30-7:30 pm current tenants still live here and there is a lot of stuff in the basement plus they have two cats so please excuse that smell! HOWEVER, the entire unit will be thoroughly and professionally cleaned at the end of this month. The front yard is small but we do consider this to be part of your rental and expect leaves to be raked when necessary (which is not that often) and generally just keeping it looking nice. NO SMOKING of any kind in the house itself nor the shared driveway. Pets negotiable: $25 per cat and additional security deposit cat ($200) and any signs of damage by the animal will be deducted from your deposit. There is one parking spot in the driveway and there is easy street parking. You can use the online Zillow application process This is owned by local Portland family and we CARE about our property and our tenants ;) One year lease, rent paid monthly along with a flat utility fee of $250 which covers all utilities except things like internet/cable. Pets are an additional charge and require their own deposit.
