Right off the Glisan Bike Lane. Owners pay for garbage disposal. Renters pay all other utilities such as water, electricity and gas. A last month rent is due at the time of signing the lease. 1st month rent and a security deposit of $800 is due when renters move in. A cleaning fee of $150 will be assessed at the time of move out.
