Large 2 1/2 car garage with 3 car driveway. Plenty of storage in garage. Large back yard with cement patio and fenced in yard. This home has it's own washer and dryer. One finished bathroom in picture with granite vanity and porcelain flooring. Other 2 bathrooms have the same granite vanities and porcelain flooring. The downstairs has been freshly painted light grey with white trim. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms will be painted the colors that our new renters choose. We will allow for cats with an extra pet deposit. Rent is $1800 a month with a mandatory year contract. 1 month's security deposit upon contract signing. Home is available August 13th 2016. All applicants must fill out an application which will be checked and verified. We are great landlords and are looking for great renters. This is not a fancy home--no crown moldings, but it is spacious, nice, and affordable with great landlords. Current renter still lives here until July 31st. Please let us know what would make you good renters and what we would find on a credit check and criminal check. Possibility of section 8 or vouchers if they will fully cover rent, but are not currently set up for it. Tenant covers all utilities and lawn maintenance.
