Due to 90 degree turn in stairs going up, queen sized box springs will not fit up the stairs. King sized yes, as the box springs are in 2 pieces. Futons yes, mattresses yes, just not the box. Be advised! Fresh paint in bathroom. Large laundry area has hook-ups but you provide appliances. This is a lovely old home in a great neighborhood within walking distance to all Hoquiam schools. Bus nearby. Downtown Hoquiam and all it has to offer is just blocks away. Quiet street and good neighbors. This is a legal duplex, which is why I pay the water/sewer bill. I have a couple that live in the small apartment behind the house. They have been there a couple of years and are good neighbors. They use driveway only for walking access to their unit. Driveway and front yard go with the big house. There is a "buffer zone" between the units. Fireplace with insert and gas furnace centrally located. I prefer a 1 year lease. First, last and move-in fee (non-refundable) equal to a month's rent due at signing. If you don't have the money, please don't call to see it. Let's not waste each other's time. I have replaced carpet downstairs twice because of dogs. I love dogs- I have one. Bonus points if you don't! I won't say a definite NO to anything but puppies ( a year old at least) but SMALL dog only and deposit required. My call when I meet the dog. No pit bulls or rottweilers.
