We have been blessed with amazing tenants previously. It worked really well as a multi generation unit. Side note- we just finished replacing carpet on the top floor & repainting most of inside. New LVP on main level & upstairs restrooms. A couple small projects will be wrapped up by the end of next week. Across the street from a park with beautiful walking trails, also right next to PCC Sylvania & bus stop is about 1 min away. Lush green forest all around, large home with multiple relaxing spaces, multiple patios and outdoor areas. Central heat in winter and AC for summer. Additional unit in basement is included which includes a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and full bath. (Upper unit has 4 bed, 2.5 bath) There are 3 bedrooms on the top level upstairs, including a masters with an ensuite. There is a walk-in closet in the masters, each bedroom has plenty of space and a large closets, and there is a bathroom that has a skylight for the other two bedrooms upstairs. Main level has a bedroom that we have used as an office & a powder room. Main level has full kitchen, and large living room, half bath, and entry room/play room off kitchen, and a dining room between living room and kitchen. It is pretty open concept. Lots of windows everywhere, every room in the house has a window except the downstairs bathroom. Newly installed LVP on main level. Fresh paint as of this summer. New dishwasher. Washer/dryer unit on top floor, also another set in basement. There is a main level porch, and a large area for walking dogs, as well as an additional patio stone area, which worked well as a firepit area in the past. House will come unfurnished. I want to reiterate that it technically has 5 bedrooms, but I feel it functions better as a 4 bedroom with an office. We've moved out of state, so are looking for a very trustworthy tenant, hoping for a longer term one. We will likely fly in to meet you in the final stages.
